Stegg AS 9100

Stegg AS 9100

In North America, as well as other continents renown for efficient manufacturing, the AS 9100 is a well documented standardized quality management system for the aerospace manufacturing industry. The European Association of Aerospace Engineers in cooperation with the society of Automotive Engineers developed the AS9100 standard in '99.

This widely adopted standard is practised by the top of the aerospace manufacturing community. Prime contractors illustrating this standard include Boeing, General Electric Aircraft Engines, Hamilton Sunstrand, Allison Engine Company et. al.

The rigid guidelines produced include :

  • Monitoring every process to ensure it is effective
  • Precise record keeping
  • Regularly scheduled review of the individual processes that make up the manufacturing process
  • Continuous improvement
  • Examination of output for defects and taking appropriate corrective action
  • Procedures that encompass all key methods in the business

We, here at Stegg Ltd., are glowing with pride because we have effectively achieved and maintained adherence to the AS 9100 quality standard. We look forward to serving the aerospace manufacturing community.
